DELIVERY
Delivery Within the UK
We are committed to delivering your parcel as safely as possible and aim to dispatch all items within 3 days on a on a 2-5 working day tracked service. Please note that there may be some exceptions and delays to deliveries beyond our control. We will notify you should this be the case.
If you live outside of the UK, please get in touch to enquire regarding international postage and we’ll do our best to assist.

RETURNS
For most products, you have 14 days to notify us if you want to return your order or exchange an item (exceptions include; customer specific orders, made to order products and anything perishable including food and flowers). Please take into consideration that some of the pieces are vintage and may therefore have little character marks and imperfections. This all adds to the character of the piece and should be cherished! For this reason any vintage items purchased in store should be inspected fully by the customer and all in store sales of vintage pieces are final. Please note, items are packaged for delivery and dispatched immediately after purchase and it is therefore to not usually possible to cancel an order after purchase has been made.

Responsibility for Returning Items
Please note that we do not cover the delivery cost of returns. Items can only be returned if they are in the same condition in which they were received and in their original packaging (please ensure they are packed well). We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not in the right condition. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging, as failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the returned item. We are unable to issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged while being returned to us. We therefore recommend that you get proof of postage or a tracking number to follow your parcel.
